An Ecological Approach

None of us exist in a bubble. We are a part of a complex, often messy eco-system that makes up our lives. Sometimes that eco-system does not work in harmony. 

My services are designed to help shift what we can to urge the eco-system toward harmony once again. We will look at your relationships, values, community, and broad societal connections to explore the challenges you bring. Through comprehensive and holistic assessment, we can come to better understand your needs as a client, and discuss creative ways to address those needs, including counseling, and external referrals.
